Sarah Dorsey, Manager of the Critical Insights Information Center (CIIC)
Sarah Dorsey joined Critical Insights in 2006 as Manager of the Critical Insights Information Center (CIIC) – the in-house data gathering arm of the company. She is responsible for all personnel, project coordination, interview quality control standards and training relating to the thirty-station CATI facility.
Ms. Dorsey’s strict adherence to the methodological rigor of generally accepted practices of survey research insures that the data collection component of any research effort undertaken by Critical Insights reflects both integrity and accuracy of the highest degree.
Ms. Dorsey came to Critical Insights from L. L. Bean, Inc. of Freeport, ME where she accumulated more than thirteen years of experience in call center workforce management with particular emphasis in analysis, forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management in multiple, large-volume call centers.
